Job description Elevated casual dining restaurant seeking an Assistant Manager to assist our award-winning Michelin-stared chef in Tysons, VA. You will drive a culture of excellence while maintaining our commitment to high-quality food, outstanding service, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:- Provide strong leadership, inspiring a high-performing and motivated team. - Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintaining seamless coordination. - Ensure exceptional guest experiences by fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. - Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability. - Assist the GM in recruiting, training, and developing staff to uphold company standards. - Enforce compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
